How do students access Canvas assignments?

This article is intended only for CommonLit customers and pilot partners with early access to Canvas this spring. Our Canvas integration will be available for purchase beginning in SY 22-23 as a part of our School Essentials PRO package. Students can complete Canvas-linked assignments directly on CommonLit or on Canvas.

To complete an assignment on Canvas, students can click on a CommonLit assignment. If you didn't select to load the assignment in a new tab, your student will be able to complete the CommonLit assignment right within Canvas.
