This article is intended only for customers and partners using the Assessment Series.
If you have successfully assigned an assessment for your class but your students report that they do not see it on their My Assignments page, please return to your Assignments page and check the date for which you scheduled the test in the bottom-left corner of the assessment.
Students will only be able to see and access the test on their My Assignments pages once the Test Date arrives. If the Test Date is in the future, your students will not see the assessment on their accounts. There is no due date for the assessments and students can still submit after the Test Date.
For test validity purposes, we recommend getting all students to take each test on the same day, or as close together as possible, and as early in the year as possible for the Pre-Assessment.
If the Test Date has not yet arrived, you can edit the Test Date by clicking the pencil or calendar icon in the top right corner of the assessment on your Assignments page, or from the diagnostic Dashboard.
If the Test Date has already arrived, you will not be able to change the Test Date. Instead, you can delete the assessment and schedule a new test with the desired new Test Date.
Please note that deleting an assessment will also delete any test data for students who have already submitted. If you wish to delete a started assessment and retain any data before deleting and rescheduling it, you should first download or print this data for your records from the assessment's Performance Data page.
