Yes! We do not close assignments after the due date has passed or after they have moved to Completed.
If students have not yet completed the assignment, they can still see and submit it. When a student submits an assignment with multiple choice and/or short answer questions, the assignment will move back to In Progress where you can grade their responses.
Please note that if it is past the due date, students will be marked with a late submission.
