If you are a teacher and you sent a request to CommonLit's support team and did not receive a reply within 1 business day, it is possible our reply to you may have been blocked by your school's server.
First, check your spam for a reply from email@example.com. If you do not see one, you can do one of the following:
A) Reply to our automated "We have received your request" email to say you are still awaiting a response.
B) Reach out to us over chat if it is available. (View our chat schedule here.)
C) If you have not heard back within 2 business days and believe our reply has been filtered out as spam, you can send us a new message directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. That should approve our email and allow us to respond.
