Press the “Pause All Sessions” button on your proctor dashboard, leave your browser window open to the proctoring dashboard, and follow your school’s protocol for responding to class- or school-wide disruptions. Click the “Resume All Sessions” button when you are ready for your class to restart the active session.
If you do not have enough time remaining to resume the testing session after the distraction, click the “Close Current Session” button. You will be able to start a new proctoring session for your students at a later time.
