If you and/or students lose wifi access at your school, you may be able to return to your active proctoring and testing sessions if the interruption lasts fewer than 5 minutes. Refresh the open browser and continue the session.
If wifi was interrupted for longer than three minutes, return to testing.commonlit.org. From there, proctors can start a new proctoring session if necessary, and students can join an active or new proctoring session.
If your school loses wifi indefinitely, refer to your Testing Coordinator’s testing contingency plan.
