If your device loses power, don’t fret! Plug it back in and return to your open browser window. If you are able to return to your open browser within 5 minutes, you may be able to continue with the existing active proctoring session.
If the existing proctoring session has been automatically closed, you may start a new proctoring session from your proctor dashboard by clicking “Start a new proctoring session.” Have students enter the new unique access code, and they will be able to continue where they left off in the assessment.
