Double check that the student is entering the correct access code that appears on your open proctoring session dashboard. The access code is NOT case sensitive, so students do not have to worry about capital letters.
If the student is still unable to enter your proctoring session with the access code, please contact CommonLit support staff through our Help widget or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
