The help desk supports thousands of educators each month, and we know from experience that it is much more efficient and secure to resolve user issues in writing than over the phone.
CommonLit does not currently offer a customer support phone number.
Logged-in educators can press the Help button to open a live chat with a customer support agent during the live chat operating hours. If an agent is not online during or outside of live chat hours, you can send a message and they will prioritize getting back to you as soon as possible.
