How should I prepare my students to use CommonLit Digital?

To ensure that your students get the most out of their CommonLit readings, it is a best practice to introduce them to all of the features they can access through our digital platform.

We have created a few resources to make it easy to show students how to use CommonLit’s features. You can play our Student Intro Video for your entire class or have students watch it on their individual devices, or you could customize this Google Slide Deck for your class. 

If you want students to use a class code or link to create their student accounts, you can use one of our handouts to make the signup process easy. We have a full-page and a half-page version.
