Where can administrators view Unit Skills Assessment data on the Administrator Data Dashboard?

You can view Unit Skills Assessments data in the Unit Skills Assessments section on the Teacher, Class, or Student sections of the Administrator Data Dashboard.

To view data for a specific Unit Skills Assessment, you can filter by that assessment to navigate to the corresponding Assessment View page for any level (i.e. District, School, Teacher, Class or Student). 

To access this data, click on Administrator Data in the menu on the left, and then click Filters at the top of the page to open the Filters view. From there, click on the drop down for “Assignment Name,” and scroll to select the specific Unit Skills Assessment you are interested in viewing data for. 

CommonLit is not able to show aggregated standards data from the Unit Skills Assessments on your Administrator Data Dashboard at this time. However, you can export a school-wide report for each assessment that lists data for the standards assessed by each question on the assessment.

To do this, click Filters, and in the Filters view, select the school from the Schools drop down. Then, from the Assignment Name drop down, select the Unit Skills Assessment you are interested in viewing data for. You can also begin typing the name of the assessment. Finally, click Update filters.

Once you have applied those filters, you will be taken to the School-Level Assessment Details page, where you can then click the "School Report" button in the upper-right hand corner of the screen. This will download an Excel spreadsheet that will include data for the standards assessed by each question on the assessment.
