Can I view only the multiple choice average or short answer average for a student's assignment?

Currently, teachers are not allowed to omit short answers or calculate total scores without grading short answers, though this feature may be made available in the future. Currently, multiple choice averages and short answer averages are calculated as separate scores for a student's assignment on the Individual Student Progress Report page.

Individual

You can access reports for all students at once from your Class Performance page. Click on My Classes > Student Performance and select the class you wish to view. From here, you can click "Print All Students' Reports" to see a new page load with every student's individual progress report and multiple choice and short answer averages on every assignment listed. Click cancel from the print window to just view the page with all students' individual reports listed back to back.

New

If you only want to view one student, return to the Class Performance page, scroll down to the "Progress by Assignment" section. There, you will see a list of your students and the assignments they were assigned, as well as their averages and number of completed assignments. Click on the name of the student whose data you wish to view.

You will then see a chart of the student's assignment averages, which are broken down by multiple-choice percentages and short-answer averages. You also have the option to download and print the individual student progress report.
