Why can't my students see their assignment?

Every assignment has a start date, start time, and a due date. Students cannot see their assignments until both the start date and start time have arrived. You can review an assignment's start date and time on the Assignment Dashboard. If the start date and time are in the future, students will not be able to see the assignment. If the start date and time are today or in the past, students will be able to see it on their My Assignments page.

You can edit the start date at any time by:

1. Going to your Assignments page
2. Clicking the three stacked dots to the right of the assignment you need to edit
3. Selecting Edit from the drop down
4. Editing the start date and time on the Edit Assignment window
5. Clicking the Save Changes button to update the start date and time

Students can see and submit an assignment even after the due date has passed.
