What happens to assignment data when classes are archived?

At the beginning of the school year or at the start of a new semester, classes that were used previously may be archived in preparation for the new school year or a new semester. 

Regardless of when a class is archived, assignment data from those archived classes is still accessible. To view assignment data from an archived class, you can navigate to your Manage Classes page, and then select Archived Classes at the bottom. 

Once on your Archived Classes page, you’ll see all classes that have been archived. In the Archived Student Data column, you can click on View Data next to any class to view assignment data from previous classes and students. 

After you have clicked View Data for an archived class, you’ll be taken to the Student Performance page for that class where you can view all previous student data in regards to assignments, assessments, standards performance, and assignment averages over time. 

You can click Print Report at the top right-hand side of the screen to print the student data, and you can also switch between various archived classes on the left-hand side of the screen by clicking on a different class name under Archived Classes.
