I archived my classes from last year/semester/quarter, but my students are still seeing individual assignments from that class. How do I make these assignments go away?

When you archive a class, CommonLit will archive all assignments for that class, but will not archive any Individual or Small Group assignments. If needed, you can delete old Individual or Small Group assignments.

Please note that deleting an assignment is permanent and cannot be undone. Always download the Assignment Report before deleting if you need to retain any data

You can do this by completing the following:

1. Download a copy of the Assignment data for your records. You can do this by finding the assignment on your Assignments page > clicking the graph icon under the assignment's name to get to the Assignment Report > and then clicking the Print Report button near the top.
2. After saving the data, you can delete the assignment entirely by navigating back to the Assignments page and clicking the Trash Can Icon next to the assignment.
