I did not receive my confirmation email — what should I do?
After registering for a CommonLit educator account, you should receive an email to verify your email address and confirm your account. Make sure that your registered email address is correct, otherwise you may need to update your information in the My Account page.
It is also possible that your school server may have prevented the email from being successfully delivered. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please email us at help@commonlit.org so we can respond with a copy of your confirmation email.
Already emailed us at help@commonlit.org? You likely do not need to wait for us to respond - you can resend yourself a confirmation email from your My Account page and we will likely be approved to send it without any issue.
