What browsers and devices does CommonLit support?

CommonLit works best on Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Google Chrome.

While Microsoft Edge versions 90 and above are supported, earlier versions may not offer full compatibility. If you encounter issues, we recommend switching to one of the supported browsers listed above.

As for devices, CommonLit works great on laptops, Chromebooks, desktop computers, and some tablets. However, the platform may not be fully responsive on smaller mobile devices, such as smartphones or certain tablets.

While we work on enhancing our mobile responsiveness, we recommend printing student PDFs of assignments as a backup when computers are unavailable.
