Why can't I log in using ClassLink?
ClassLink will be available for schools and districts that purchase CommonLit School Essentials or CommonLit School Essentials PRO. To learn more about School Essentials and School Essentials PRO, please head to: https://www.commonlit.org/en/school-essentials
If your district is subscribed to one of CommonLit's School Essential packages and you are unable to log in from ClassLink, your ClassLink account may not be connected to CommonLit yet. We will connect your ClassLink account to CommonLit after our next sync as long as your district is sharing your ClassLink data with CommonLit.
CommonLit syncs data from ClassLink daily; therefore, you should see updates reflected after 24 hours.
Please note that only users imported from ClassLink can log in from Launchpad. If your school or district isn't currently using one of CommonLit's School Essential packages, you will not be able to log in using ClassLink.
