How often does CommonLit update my ClassLink rosters?

ClassLink will be available for schools and districts that purchase CommonLit School Essentials or CommonLit School Essentials PRO. To learn more about School Essentials PRO, please head to: https://www.commonlit.org/en/school-essentials

Our ClassLink integration updates rosters every 24 hours (at approximately 10pm EST) to add or remove students and teachers from CommonLit classes, or to add new classes or archive removed ones. Any account changes made to users such as their role, name, email, and grade levels will also be reflected after our nightly sync.

If you need to update your rosters sooner, you can request a manual sync by clicking the Sync with ClassLink button on your Manage Classes page.

Data typically syncs within 15 minutes, though it often takes less time. If your data hasn't updated after 15 minutes, please contact help@commonlit.org for assistance.
